For planning appointments with patients, Medicore has an easy to use facility which lets the system itself search for the most suitable appointment. This planning method allows you to identify free time in the calendar on different dates quickly. For an overview of appointments, three different calendar views are available, each adapted to different users. The Roster management module makes sure rosters are optimally set up, so that appointments cannot be planned at a time when you are not available.

To plan one or more appointments for a patient, the system itself can search for the most suitable times.
On the basis of a number of criteria an overview is provided containing several options which match the patient's and/or clinic's wishes.
The planning criteria can be set up so that the person doing the planning knows exactly which type of appointments can be made and how much time is required for each. The ability to deviate from these criteria depends on the level of authorization.
When the appointment is planned, you can also record how the patient came into contact with the clinic/care provider and by whom he was referred. If desired, entering this information can be set as a requirement for making an appointment.
