For better correspondence with patients, referring parties and others, Medicore offers the following modules:

Letters and labels
An unlimited number of standard letter and label templates can be created in Medicore software. Virtually all the functions of a standard word processor can be used for the layout of the letters and labels. With the aid of special codes, you can indicate where in a letter you wish to include information from the database. It is possible, for instance, to create an appointment confirmation for each patient, without having to search for address details. The letters can then be printed, emailed, or, with the Medicore fax module, sent direct to a fax number.

With the aid of the fax module it is possible to send letters direct to a fax number, without printing them out.
