Medical file
The medical file is constructed from electronic forms which are designed by the user. For this purpose a range of functions is available. Text can be entered and photographs, images and other external data files can be linked to the forms. A drawing function is also available and it is possible to import data from external devices. Overviews and reports can be generated from the data entered.
Medication module
Using the medication module you can easily prescribe for your patients. A clear overview of previously prescribed medicines helps you. If desired, prescriptions can be e-mailed or faxed directly to the pharmacy.
Log
All procedures performed in Medicore modules are entered into the log automatically. An overview shows when and by whom a certain procedure was performed. Allowing you to supervise the entire treatment regime.
