Medicore Software is based on web technology. Software based on web technology is flexible, safe and fast. It is not necessary to install additional software on user workstations because the application is accessed over the internet using a browser.

In case of questions and/or problems our helpdesk can log into your system immediately (remotely) and see exactly what you are doing and seeing. This way we can always help you quickly.

This is only possible with a permanent internet connection. Therefore, we advise you to use an ADSL or cable connection to work with Medicore most efficiently.
